Our technical support team is available to all customers with a valid Support & Maintenance contract by default Mondays to Fridays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom. Your support agreement may offer extended hours beyond this.
