ITAMS employs people with a great deal of ITAM, SAM and ITSM subject matter knowledge from the vendor, service provider, consulting and user communities. None of our people are ‘pure’ sales, with most staff being involved with delivering the projects they pre-sell. Our clients always feed back to us that we ‘know our stuff’ and in the five years we have been operating we have not had ONE client delay or refuse payment due to non performance or quality issues. We frequently are brought into organisations by clients who have moved between organisations and re-use us again because they know we do a good job. Whilst we are very structured in controlling projects (we use a Prince2 framework typically), we are pragmatists and encourage practical approaches to problem solving that demonstrate clear and immediate value.
