ITAMS FOC Pilot
The ITAMS One-Day Pilot is a free offering that allows you to verify that BDNA in fact does what is says it does: comprehensive, accurate and immediate inventory of your IT assets in the shortest time and with the highest degree of confidence.
The One-Day Pilot is completely FREE.
The One-Day Pilot runs the BDNA Insight solution in the same manner as it is deployed in production. A pre-configured system is brought to your site and implemented on a subset of your network. The process takes less than one day to complete and results in an inventory of all discovered IT resources.
The process is as follows:
Phase 1 - System Installation and Configuration
Deliverables:
- Successful networking of BDNA systems
Phase 2 - Level 1 Discovery
Deliverables:
- Define IP space/range via BDNA interface
- Discover and identify all network devices in defined IP space
- Discover and identify critical network services in defined IP space
- Demonstrate time required to gather information of defined space
Phase 3 - Level 2 Discovery of Specific Devices (if desired)
Deliverables:
- User interface definition of credentials for specified device(s)
- Discover key attributes and software for specific device(s)
Phase 4 - Level 3 Discovery of Databases (if desired)
Deliverables:
- User interface definition of credentials for specified database(s)
- Discover key utilization factors/metrics for database(s)
Phase 5 - Pilot Close
Deliverables:
- Demonstration of results on demonstration system
- Presentation of recommendations
At the end of the One-Day Pilot, you can compare BDNA’s approach to your current methods and systems, and assess how BDNA can accelerate your key IT initiatives.
